We will even manage major works on your property over the value of £500 including any works that the landlord wants to complete to improve the property for example, if you decided you would like to have a new kitchen or bathroom fitted, new windows throughout or a new boiler, we can manage this whole process for you, hassle free.
SOUND MONITORING
Respecting neighbours is one of our main priorities and we do this through sound monitoring.
We install decibel monitoring devices in most properties.
If a tenant exceeds acceptable noise levels they will get an alert requesting them to reduce the noise level. Our 24 hour on call team also get an alert.
If there is a second alert, one of our team will contact the tenant and request them to lower the noise levels.
If there is a third alert the tenants will be asked to leave.
PROPERTY UPKEEP
Cleaning
After every stay, the property is professionally fully cleaned from top to bottom.
Access
Most houses are fitted with an electronic key safe that is linked to our system, after each guest leaves the key safe automatically changes the password for the next guest.
